We are seeking a versatile and creative 3D Generalist to join our Digital Production team, focusing on creating high-quality 3D animation content for social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, and rendering, with a passion for delivering engaging and visually appealing content.

Responsibilities:
3D Content Creation:

🔸 Design, model, texture, and animate 3D assets for social media content.
🔸 Develop short-form 3D animation sequences that align with the project’s creative direction.
🔸 Ensure all assets adhere to the artistic and technical specifications for social media platforms.

Collaboration and Communication:

🔸 Work closely with the Digital Production team, including designers, animators, and content creators, to deliver cohesive content.

Optimization and Quality Assurance:

Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and imaginative Concept Artist to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually stunning and innovative concept art that helps define the look and feel of our projects. You will collaborate closely with designers, animators, and other artists to create characters, environments, props, and mood designs that align with the project’s vision.

As a Concept Artist, you should have strong artistic skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals. You must be able to adapt to different artistic styles while maintaining originality and creativity.

Responsibilities:

🔸 Develop concept art for characters, environments, props, and key visuals based on creative briefs.
🔸 Create sketches, color studies, and final polished artworks that guide the production team.
🔸 Work closely with art directors, 3D assets, 3D animators, and 3D visual benchmarks to ensure visual consistency.
🔸 Research and gather references to support visual development.
🔸 Iterate and refine concepts based on feedback from the creative team.

Requirements:

🔸 Proven experience as a Concept Artist in the animation, gaming, or entertainment industry.
🔸 Strong portfolio showcasing concept art for characters, environments, and props.
🔸 Proficiency in digital painting tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or similar software.
🔸 Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling.
🔸 Ability to adapt to different art styles based on project needs, with a strong emphasis on mechanical design.

Web developer will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our digital platforms to ensure seamless brand experiences for our fans and customers. He will collaborate closely with the design, product, marketing, and licensing teams to bring Monsta’s digital, e-commerce, and interactive content to life.
 
Qualifications:

🔸Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or related fields.
🔸2–4 years of experience in front-end/back-end or full-stack web development.
🔸Experience developing e-commerce or brand-based websites is a plus.
🔸Familiarity with media, animation, or licensing-based product platforms is advantageous.

Skills:
🔸Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).
🔸Experience with front-end libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
🔸Solid back-end knowledge (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar) and database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
🔸Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or custom-built).
🔸Familiar with Git version control and deployment pipelines.
🔸Knowledge of web performance optimizationSEO, and accessibility.

Legal Clerk (Contract Basis)

Job Summary :
The Legal Clerk (Contract Basis) provides administrative and legal support to the legal department. This role involves preparing and organizing legal documents, maintaining accurate filing systems, and assisting lawyers with day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:
🔸Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma or Degree in Law or related field is an added advantage)
🔸 Prior experience in a legal department, law firm, or administrative role is an added advantage
🔸 Basic understanding of legal terms and document handling is an added advantage
🔸 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
🔸 Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
🔸 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
🔸 Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents such as agreements, letters, and forms
🔹 Organize, update, and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for legal documents

🔹 Liaise with government agencies, clients, and external parties when required
